Need to transfer EVERYTHING from 1 iphone to another

My mum got a new iPhone 4 32gb and she wants to exchange it with me iPhone 4 16gb.
Now the question is, how do i transfer EVERYTHING in the iPhone 4 16gb
to the new iPhone 4 32gb >_<.

..... and I do mean ALL!

Surprisingly............."~@{#'ALL#'@# isn't really as much as you would think.

Since it's a new phone there is nothing to lose on it. But there is no way to automatically move EVERYTHING to the other phone at the same time.

Firstly, Backup YOUR phone on itunes.
Then restore the new phone, and when asked to set up choose From the backup of xxxxxxxx *xxxx being your phone, so call it Skitter McDitter or something else so you know which backup to use.
Doing ^^^^that, will put back your contact's / sms / email's that sorta thing. (I think it does game save's aswell)

Then select each catagorie from the tab's at the top. App's / Photo's / Music / film's.....etc. And sync to the new phone.

Whatever is missing (There shouldn't be anything you NEED).....There's alway's Joe88's iFunbox.

I assume when you mean by back-up,
I would have to select the option 'transfer purchases to itunes' ?
That doesn't work >_<. Strangely when I click that option, nothing
is transferred at all .

Same here, there's alway's purchases to transfer......and i've never purchased anything. It's possibly app's that have been downloaded using Installous. That's all i can think it is, as i have never BOUGHT (legit Free app's have been downloaded). So in that case, iFunbox is there to transfer the stuff.

So just use iFunbox?
I know iFunbox can transfer apps to iphone,
but can it do a back-up and THEN i just transfer everything
to the new phone? (Never got the chance to try it)

Which option do I go to?
Oh and I have actually categorized everything in my iphone.
When I transfer, I would like everything to also be categorized if possible.
Otherwise I have to do everything ALL OVER again

if your just asking for apps
just hit the user applications tab
then right click on the app and select make ipa

But can everything be restored to the new iphone including the categorization?
