trying yo recover lost notes on iphone 3GS, ios 4.1, jailbroken, running Vista on my desktop.
The problem is I dont have a backup at Itunes. So I'm trying to find the deleted notes inside the iphone, at its hard drive. I downloaded DiskAid software, in order to poke around the Iphone HD, but still i'm being unable to find the directory where the deleted files are stored. My hope is that Iphone runs similar to PC, in order no to erase the deleted files, but keep them somewhere, even if its invisible, untill you copy something big on the HD and surpasses the erased content.
Plase help!

Yes its gone means gone. One thing you may can try talk to some data recovery guys may be they can try. As once some one deleted lots of files from my laptop - some data recovery guys retrieve those data from register of computer i guess the same can be done. Not sure though.
