    Hello everyone,

I'm new to the whole iPhone jailbraking scene (I dont even have an iPhone yet).
But I'm about to get one and I'm wondering about the whole jailbraking thing.
So here are a few questions:

    1. When I jailbrake my iPhone, will i have a custom firmware (Like on the PSP)?

    2. When my iPhone is broken out of his jail (or w/e) and apple launches a new firmware, can I just update my iPhone?

    Thanks in advance!
    Matt

    1. In a way yes.

    2. You can update but, you will loose your jailbreak. Just like you loose your CFW with PSP.

    Thanks for the reply!
Is it possible that Apple notices a Jailbreak and blocks you from any services/updates?

You mean to say, when the Iphone has been Jailbreak, APPLE cannot detect that the Iphone has been jailbreak and will not be locked by APPLE? Coz this is one thing I am worried about as I just Jailbreak my Iphone few hours ago here Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
