I'm going to build a tilt sensor for the PSP soon, but I can't seem to get the "G-Sensor" program running. I USED to have a working version of it, but I lost it somwhere between then and now. Now, when I try to load the Lua script, it says "Error: Index.lua :1: Attempt to call field 'sioInit' (a nil value)" and "Error: No script file found". I was thinking that the version of Lua Player I'm running is too old or something, but it's BRAND new (0.16 or whatever). SO, I'm gonna need some help getting this thing to lift off. Also, soon I'll be selling these "tilt sensors" (modified and condensed versions of www.kako.com). I'm still looking for a good manufacturer for them, so it might take a few weeks. ANYWAY, if someone could help me, it'd be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i know some game informer magizines that had an article about the company that made the nintendo wii's sensors was up for the open market selling custom products i believe. i herd they are a bit pricy, but i only assume thats because, well they did in fact built next gen sensors i guess, look em up and givem a call

edit: sorry my bad, ive seemed to have misunderstood what you were asking...if its code help you want, then either post or upload your resources some how, we arent familiar with sensor coding, but if its simple porting of code to c, then we could rangle up some tuts, but we need to know what youer dealing with first, just upload something first...

Anyway, give it a look and report back to me as to what I can do to solve the problem. Thanks.

ok ok, in that case i think someone in the lua section of programming would be of more use...srry, i thought you were bouncing or porting code of an origional lua into a c program, which is what we major in here...try the lua section on this site...in fact pspdonkey should be kind enough to move this topic to save you the time... just pm him if he doesnt move this right away

Yeah, I'll move this to the LUA section to see if anyone there can help. Unfortunately, i haven't had the time to study LUA so i wouldn't be of much help. Also I know the LUA section is pretty much dead. I'm thinking about promoting someone with great LUA knowledge to help out and give out lessons in the LUA section. If any of you guys know someone with a lot of LUA knowledge and is willing to help and be the sectional expert for that section, let me know.
    Obey Beaker. That is all.
