Default Got this on the 18th, and it was done the 15th! *LATE*

On September 15, 2011, Sony Network Entertainment America Inc. ("SNEA") will transfer its online services operations, including your wallet and the funds in it, to Sony Network Entertainment International LLC ("SNEI"). The first time you sign in to your PlayStationŽNetwork account on or after September 15, 2011, you will be asked to enter into a new Terms of Service and User Agreement ("TOS") and Privacy Policy with SNEI if you wish to continue using your PlayStationŽNetwork account. Please review all changes to the TOS and Privacy Policy carefully before indicating your agreement. In particular, please review Section 15 of the TOS, which now includes a class action waiver and requires that most disputes be resolved through arbitration.

Which means nothing and a U.S. Court can overrule it. That's like saying we are taking away a Federal Law from you, which really, they cannot do.

Remember, unjust TOS' have been denied by courts in the past, this one seems like a candidate for the same.

No one can deny you the right to sue anyone in the US (which is half the problem for frivolous law suits). The whole reason for the class action clause was because of all the time and money they had to waste justifying their removal of advertised features, to sell their Gaming COMPUTER Entertainment System. Some countries allowed the suits on bait and switch, and so on. Amazon had to refund money to a buyer because they removed other O/S and they PAID for it.
