    Ok so to your hack you ps3 you need

    WinSCP

    Ipod/Iphone that can run Bootlace

    Bootlace from Cydia

    PS3 files PL3 or newer

    and OpenSSH from Cydia



    1) Get Bootlace from Cydia and install it

    2) Then open Bootlace Install Openiboot and Idroid

    3) Then use WinSCP to log in to your ipod/iphone

    4) Go to root /private/Var/idroid

    5) Put the ps3 files here and done run Jailbreak and install off of a usb or w.e

    I have done exactly just this on my iPhone 3G.

    It is the best and simplest way ever.

    you could also use iphone browser on pc

    im am doing this method but after the i put in usb 1 my ps3 keeps blinking green light and never stops. the usb is fat32, i am following christechtv, the notepad file in the usb after says update failure, this is a fat ps3.

    don't think iPhone browser can change file permission. If it does, go ahead, if not, it is easier with WinSCP or Filezilla.

    And what if my wifi doesnt work on my iphone?
    Is it possible to get openiboot trough cydia, then i could use cyder2.

    If not,

    what is the best method for me to jailbreak my ps3?

    Iam stuck
    when I start my ipod and pick android it scroll to the openiboot logo and does nothing more
    is there an other step

    what iam i doing wrong?

    Do you have to set the permissions?

    Got it workin :)

    to add to the tutorial you have to replace or rewite the exsisting android files

    If it works for you. Thats fine. Sometime may need to change permission (chmod 777) on those files that you copy over in order to make it work.
