[Tutorial] How to watch megavideo on your PS3 with NO time limit.
Hi. As I'm sure many of you know by now if you try to watch megavideo on your PS3 you'll get a message saying your browser is outdated. Well I found a way around this. This is kinda old but it's such good info I'd thought I'd post it here on dashhacks in case some people don't know about it. I found six full proof methods for playing megavideo on the PS3 with no time limit. I use this everyday to watch movies and anime on my tv through megavideo without the 72 minute time limit.
Method 1
Go to this website on your PS3 browser:
http://www.ezywatch.com/bookmarklet.php
Scroll down a bit. On your lefthand side you should see a box that says play on exywatch (the one on top, not the bottom). Highlight this box with the cursor. Press triangle. Go to file then press X. Go down to add to bookmarks and press X. Name it something like - watch megavideo no limit - so you know what it is. Then go find a megavideo to watch. The link should look like this - http://www.megavideo.com/?v=KY48VX72 (that's just an example, not an actual video). Now while your on this screen, press select to go to bookmarks, Highlight what you just added - watch megavideo no limit - and press X. You should be redirected to another site where you can play the video with no stupid time limit.
Method 2
First find a megavideo link. Example - http://www.megavideo.com/?v=KY48VX72 - Take the last 8 characters of numbers and letters and copy/paste them to this website link:
http://www.streamo.tv/watch/
So that it looks like this - http://www.streamo.tv/watch/KY48VX72 - You should be redirected to another site where you can play the video with no time limit. Unfortunately this method only works about 50 percent of the time. And you may need to register. It's free to register though. If you get a message that says too many premium users are using the player, then just keep refreshing the page until your video loads.
Method 3
First find a megavideo link. Example - http://www.megavideo.com/?v=KY48VX72 - Take the last 8 characters of numbers and letters and copy/paste them to this website link:
http://megaskipper.com/mvvideo.html?text=
So that it looks like this - http://megaskipper.com/mvvideo.html?text=KY48VX72 - You should be redirected to another site where you can play the video with no time limit.
Method 4
Go to this website on your PS3 browser:
http://www.megavideonotimelimit.com/Streamer/
In the box next to the stream button paste in a megavideo link. Then press the stream button and your video will play.
Method 5
First find a megavideo link. Example - http://www.megavideo.com/?v=KY48VX72 Now just add the number 9 to it so that it looks like this -
http://www.megavideo9.com/?v=KY48VX72
You should be redirected to another site where you can play the video with no time limit.
If the first player doesn't work for you then just go to the bottom of the screen and click on the alternative player.
Method 6
First find a megavideo link. Example - http://www.megavideo.com/?v=KY48VX72 - Take the last 8 characters of numbers and letters and copy/paste them to this website link:
http://watchvideos.tv/watch/
So that it looks like this - http://watchvideos.tv/watch/KY48VX72 - You should be redirected to another site where you can play the video with no time limit.
I should mention that none of these methods are 100% accurate. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. But it's extremely unlikely for all 6 methods not to work at the same time. Anyway enjoy smile.gif
UPDATE - Method 4 doesn't seem to work anymore. I tried it everyday for about 3 weeks and the video will not play. So please disregard method 4.
P.S. Here's an alternate way to watch youtube on your PS3 (since regular youtube doesn't work very well)

Because I have done a little research, I am going to need you to prove you are not just a spam bot.

I made this tutorial myself back in december. I like watching megavideo on my tv through the PS3 browser. But I hated that 72 minute time limit. So I started searching google with my PS3 browser to find a way around it. It took hours but I finally found two methods that actually worked (most didn't). After I discoverd them I decided to post them on the internet so other people could enjoy it. The first two websites I posted this on were gbatemp and pspslimhacks. a couple weeks ago I discoverd three more methods so I posted those too. The reason it looks the same word for word is because I copy/pasted it. Why re-type all of it when its the same info. Anyway this is on four different forums so I think that's enough. I won't post it anywhere else. I only posted this on gbatemp, pspslimhacks, psx-scene and dashhacks. So if you see this anywhere else then someone must have copied/stolen my work.

Bryon your good don't worry about it. My big thing with copy pasting things is not giving credit which you didn't give to yourself
First of all, my name is Kameron Brown. Thanks for having me here! I am posting here because I have a question. I downloaded a "fixed" copy of Mega Man X3 for the PSX (because I own a copy for...
