    FROM IGN

February 19, 2008 - If you've been aching for some new portable ninja moves, Namco Bandai and CyberConnect 2 have you covered -- Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2: The Phantom Fortress will be attacking PSPs this June.

With more than twenty characters -- who will each be playable with special techniques and jutsu -- pulled from the TV show, Phantom Fortress' story mode will have Naruto and his pals battling through a flying fortress that has descended on Hidden Leaf Village. Namco Bandai promises more than 100 different floors for the fortress that will be filled with battles, quizzes and other mini-games.

When you're not in the mood to take on aerial doom, the game will allow you to go at it in six types of two-player battles such as one on one, one vs. two and so on. The fights will take advantage of the PSP's ad-hoc capabilities both through multi-UMD play and game sharing.

Along with the promise of 12 unique stages and power-ups, Namco Bandai said to expect all of your favorite features from the Ultimate Ninja Heroes series to be carried over.

to make this short and to the point the 1st Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes was an omega butchered version of Naruto: Narutimate Hero Portable. knowing the crap they made, now they're releasing the original Naruto: Narutimate Hero Portable with all the original Japanese stuff together and passing it as a sequel. nice way to cover your asses Namco. <_<

im sure that most of you know that Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3 will be coming out on March right? but WAIT, this game is coming out in JUNE! but how come most of the characters' attacks resemble the attacks from Ultimate Ninja 2? if you ask me, that's pretty stupid of Namco to be putting in the engine from NH2/UN2 like the Japanese version when they know from the bottom of their hearts that MOST of the fans have played UN3 already but this game has reverted back to the previous sequel's engine. Namco needs to fix this sooner or later because it bothers me that they're pulling this BS on kids who haven't played the Japanese version and they're playing most of the fans as gullible people. >_>

    what do you guys think?

Lol what the hell? The Japanese version is exactly like this. I already beat that version. If you want to know what it's going to be like, play the Japanese version. America is slow :(
