Ok I'am nearly out of questions before I get my psp.....I got to thinking everyone here saids just plug your psp into your pc and away you go tranferring files.....what user interface or program are you using to tranfer the files to the mem stick with?
On Xbox we use a ethernet connection with ip addresses and use Flashfxp, I realise psp uses a usb connection so how and what do you use to see the files on your pc and psp and how do you see the mem stick and whats on it?

Just connect the USB cable from your PC to the PSP then FIND on Settings on your PSP menu (should be on the far left side) then click on the USB CONNECTION. Usually a window will pop out and you'll see a folder named "PSP". This is where you can store your medias (Photo, Music, Video). Seacrh for the other threads here to go about HOW to putting these files in the folder especially Videos in MP4 format. Or simply, read the PSP manual. It's there.

WATCH OUT! MGS 4 IS COMING!!!
