    somebody showed me how a long time ago on here, and i forgot how to change the icons. (Don't worry, I just went through 6 pages of old threads and found nothing) ;)

    most you can use with sei tool some you can use for file assistant.

    im not talking corrupted icons, but those ones on that website from the chat section. i decided to revamp my progs, but their site isn't any help.

    You should use PBP Unpacker. you can get it in the downloads section

    first, you make your icon (144x80 max) png file and name it ICON0.PNG

    then you start PBP Unpacker,
    and choose open. choose the EBOOT from the folder with a "%" that
    you want to customize, and then choose extract. extract the pieces
    somewhere on your PC...
    then choose new under the file menu. choose the PARAM.SFO that you
    just extracted. everything else you can be replaced by you own custom
    files. remember:
    PIC1.PNG is the background picture: it must be 480x272

    i wrote a mini howto for making at3 files with wavepad if you want to
    have your own background music. you can probably search for that
    topic if you don't already know how to do that.

    an easy way:

    - Download "PBP Setting" form this site
    - Run it from the folder it's in
    - Load up an EBOOT
    - Select to browse for an icon image
    - select the image and then svae the new eboot oevr the old one.
