well instead of buying a new psp faceplate since mine is scuffed up, i am going to be painting my entire psp a new color/colors, but i was wondering, can i wet sand with very very fine grit sand paper on the clear part to get the marks out and have it still be clear? because on my xbox when i cleared the jewel i just sanded it in many steps, medium, low, very low grit, wet sand very low grit.

    just need sum tips here

I suggest you take the covers off before you attempt to do this..

Use wire wool - better than sand paper. I suggest you find something with a metallic glossy finish else your psp will look dull and crappy.

Oh yeah, by the way post the picture of your modded face plate when you have finished.. Anyone else who has done this please post the pics of your kitted PSP...

I want that silver faceplate, but its too expensive and you lose the PSP logo on the bottom. I could care less about the SONY logo and the PS logo
