use fastloader .7 to dump umds. or you can use file assistant to get
    individual files from a umd.

Or UMD DUMMPER v0.2 works the same way as Fast Loader dumper.

The fast loader goes black and shuts the psp off , and the umd dump can only dump to my 32mb memorystick, LOL.. What I need is a way to dump directly to pc!

    Can it be done ?

    not directly to pc...
i thought that the v.2 of umd dumper lets you split the dump. if so, you
could split it every 25 megs, copy that to your pc, delete the part from the
    memory stick, then repeat...

otherwise, just wait for that 2 gig

the psp's hardware doesn't allow you to write directly from it to another
device by way of usb. it's a USB Slave device, not a Master device.

I too thought there was a way to dump it in chunks. Is that all you have right now, a 32mb stick?... if so, how do you intend to play the ISO after you have ripped it?

Like modsyn said, its a slave device and thus all actions must be executed from the master device (your PC). The usb port leaves a lot of possibilities open, but basically one device has to be the master and one has to be the slave, and I can't figure a way for the PC to be a slave to the PSP......hmmmmm.... not now anyway.....

Something I dont get here :

If the recieve / send commandos can be interpreted while usb connected , why is it that I cant run code in this state and get the rip direct to pc ?

I DO get the master slave part , but can't it be tricked ?
