    ==========================================================================
    CodeWarrior Specific Header change in PSP SDK
    ==========================================================================
    The PSP SDK has a header within it called gmo_format.h. This header has within it CodeWarrior specific
    compilation directives that are unfortunately incorrect. A modification to this header should appear
    in future SDK releases, but until then if you're using the gmo_format header you'll need to replace it
    with the one contained in this product installation at:

    PSP_SupportSDKgmo_format.h

    ==========================================================================
    Using PSP SDK Examples with CodeWarrior Build Tools
    ==========================================================================
    Several of the examples from the Devkit SDK use C99 or other C language conventions that are not currently supported by the Metrowerks compiler. Others use VFPU syntax that aren't currently supported by the Metrowerks inline VFPU Assembler.

    We have included zip file archives of very slightly modified source files here:

    ExamplesPspSdkpatch

    There are three archives at this location which can be used to modify your SDK's sample
    programs to build and run in CodeWarrior.

    SDK Version: Use archive:
    1.0.x PSP_1.0.0_Devkit_Sample_CW_Mods.zip
    1.5.0 Beta PSP_1.5.0_Beta_Devkit_Sample_CW_Mods.zip

    Just expand these archives over your existing devkitsample directory.

    If you have cygwin installed and are using the 1.5 Beta SDK, you can also choose to use a
    .diff archive to modify your SDK sample sources. Just navigate on the command line to the directory
    mentioned above, and execute commands similar to these, adjusting for your actual installation location:

    $ cp sample.diff /cygdrive/c/usr/local/psp/devkit/
    $ cd /usr/local/psp/devkit
    $ patch -p0 -d . < sample.diff

    If you have a problem using this .diff file with Cygwin, try using patch 2.5.8

    ========================================================================== Debugger Setup for SONY PSP Hardware
    ==========================================================================
    - Launch {CW installation}binIDE.exe
    - Select Edit->Preferences... -> Debugger->PSP Device
    - Uncheck "Use LaunchPad Configurations"
    - Select "Devkit" as the Device type
    - Type in the IPs of the PSP hardware kits

    You're done. Users building on the command line can drag the PSP executable onto
    the IDE, or by using File->Open. This will create a temporary project and
    symbolic window that gives control for debugging and browsing files.

    ========================================================================== Installation Environment Settings
    ==========================================================================

    The installer will attempt to set up environment variables and source trees for
    you that are used by the CodeWarrior Stationery and Examples contained in this
    release. The installer will attempt to locate your PSP SDK installation, and you
    will be prompted to confirm this location or specify a different one.

    After installation and restarting, the following environment variables should
    have been set up:

    CW_SCE_PSP = (SDK Install Location)devkit
    CW_SCE_PSP_TC = (SDK Install Location)
    gcc-1.3.1libgcc-libpsp3.3.3+allegrex-2.2.1-psp-1.3.1
    CW_SCE_PSP_TC_CPP = (SDK Install Location)
    gcc-1.3.1includec++3.3.3+allegrex-2.2.1-psp-1.3.1

    Note that the emulator source trees have been renamed from previous CW releases:
    CW_SCE_PSP_EMU = (SDK Install Location)scepsp
    CW_SCE_PSP_EMU_TC = (SDK Install Location)
    scepspgcc-0.10.4libgcc-libpsp3.3.3+allegrex-2.1f-psp-0.10.4
    CW_SCE_PSP_EMU_TC_CPP = (SDK Install Location)
    scepspgcc-0.10.4includec++3.3.3+allegrex-2.1f-psp-0.10.4

    A Source Tree corresponding to each of the above environment variables should
    also have been set up.

    If for some reason these haven't been set up correctly, you should make sure
    that the environment variables are set up as shown above. You can do this using
    the "set" command from a DOS prompt, or via the System Control Panel's Advanced
    tab.

    Once the environment variables are correct, you can use one of two methods to
    set up the Source Trees:

    Automated:
    1. Navigate to the bin directory in your CodeWarrior for PSP installation,
    and run the psp_setsrctrees.bat batch file. This will launch the IDE,
    create the source trees, and then close it.

    Manual:

    1 - Launch the IDE
    2 - Select the menu item "Edit->Preferences"
    3 - Select the panel item "General->Source Trees"
    4 - In the "Name" field type in CW_SCE_PSP
    5 - Make sure the dropdown "Type" is set to "Absolute Path"
    6 - Press the "Choose..." button and navigate to the appropriate folder
    7 - Select folder and press the "OK" button in the "Browse for Folder" dialog
    8 - Click on the "Add" button in the "Source Tree Info" box
    9 - Press the "OK" or "Apply" button in the preference panel dialog

    Repeat from steps 4 to set the CW_SCE_PSP_TC and CW_SCE_PSP_TC_CPP source tree

    ==========================================================================
    Changing Projects from v0.8.0 SDK to v1.0.x SDK
    ==========================================================================

    v1.0 of CodeWarrior for PSP supported up to the then current PSP SDK v0.8.0. Changing your CW projects from the 0.8.0 SDK to the now current 1.0.x SDK requires these modifications:
    - How to convert the PRX project from V0.8.0 to V1.0.x
    1. Copy the following files to the project folder.
    PSP_SupportLinkSegment_PSP_PRX.lcf
    PSP_SupportPREFIX_PSP_DEBUG.h
    PSP_SupportPREFIX_PSP_RELEASE.h
    PSP_Supportmw_psp_support.h

    - How to convert the ELF project from V0.8.0 to V1.0.x
    1. Copy the following files to the project folder.
    PSP_SupportLinkSegment_PSP.lcf
    PSP_SupportPREFIX_PSP_DEBUG.h
    PSP_SupportPREFIX_PSP_RELEASE.h
    PSP_Supportmw_psp_support.h

    2. Select "ELF Postlinker" in the Target Settings panel.
    3. Replace crt0_elf.o with PSP_SupportSDKmw_crt0_elf.o.

    - Limitation
    The variable stub table is not supported. (only export function)
