Anyone else got this? Any tips to avoid it? I rented GTA:LC this weekend and while I love the game so far (a bit difficult though) I get a very painful left index finger when using the analog stick for a while. I also experience this with Virtua Tennis.

Any1 else has the same problem? Maybe I'm just not 'holding' it like I should, but when I use the arrow keys (like in Ridge Racer) I can play for hours.

How are you using your index finger on it? That just seems weird. Are you sure you don't mean you're thumb?

No lol. Of course I use my thumb to control the analog stick, but I need to 'rest' the PSP on my both index fingers and there's where it hurts.

i rest the psp on my middle fingers, and the index are where the L and R triggers are. and i never get any pain from it. hold it sorta like the ps2 on controller. the index fingers are where the L nd R buttons are.

Well, that's exactly how I grab my PSP (resting on middle fingers, index fingers on the triggers). I described it a little wrong before. But man, my index finger (left one) hurts like hell. Seems like some sort of cramp.

It's due to the PSP's bad design.
