... u get something like the superpass for the DS, and u can load homebrew or isos into it.... it's kinda old... and i don't even have a DS nor follow the DS scene and i know this, lol.

but then... since i don't follow it much, maybe i'm just dead wrong XD

Pretty much what you've got is a flashable casette I believe, just like with the GBA. It allows you to copy gameroms into it and play them, fairly easy but it costs you a bit. Also the flashcasetts seem to be bigger and therefore sticks out a bit from the console...

Its the size of a normal GBA game. GBA games stick out on DS lites. Ya, it looks kindof dumb. My brother ordered a falsh card about a week ago, were just waiting for it to come in the mail.

i've been thinking about gettin into the ds homebrew scene. there may not be as much homebrew, but the quality's higher, and pirating is easier because there are no firmware upgrades. it costs about $100 to order the parts you need off the internet

this is old. You need two parts.

    1) A newer pass me (which are DS lite compatible) or Flash me bios installed on your ds / ds lite
    2) a gba flash cart or a new age flash cart like supercard, m3 or g5.

This has been going on for some time now. The flash cards are getting even better with new lite models comming out that wont stick out of the gba port.

wow...i never knew that... so you guys are saying you need about $150 of stuff off the interwebs and the you have to buy the DS for which i think is $130 and that in total gets you a cost of about $300...so i would rather bbuy a new PSP 1.5 off the interwebs and play homebrew without all that crap...what do you say?
