hello everyone. i live in california and im going to europe. i have this "http://www.franzus.com/page/FOS/PROD/ELEC-CONV/F-11-1" converter. it says itll convert 220v to 110v, but also says "for use on most U.S. appliances rated 0-50 watts. Continuous use on 0-30 watt appliances. Intermittent use on 31-50 watt appliances." so my question is, can i use this on my psp?

You don't need a voltage adapter for your PSP, just a plug adapter. I'm using the same charger I got in Ireland with my PSP and it works just fine. If you look on the back of the charger it should say 110~220V or 110~230V, that means it accepts voltages within that range.

The power adaptor is universal, you just need a different cable on the end. Ie Australia uses 240Volts Mains power.

You just need a plug adapter, not a voltage thing...
