Sent them an email about the black rubber covering at the top of the playgear pocket falling down everytime I open the case.

So they reply and say "I understand that your psp lid has broken and your psp is faulty, if it is still under warrenty blah blah, "A new lid will not fix this"

    WHAT?

This person knows A. Nothing about his/her products they are meant to be offering support on
    B. Nothing about gadgets - which is strange when looking at his job

Why the hell would I email logitech if my psp was broken?

The stupidness of some people never fails to amaze me

Try just glueing it on on the back side or taping it. Your are talking about the PlayGear Pocket yes?

Yeah I thought some adhesive would do the trick but didn't want to use glue as I may want to use those covers you can get, taping it didn't work because the rubber doesn't stick.

So i used a tiny bit of blu-tack, fine now!

Same thing happens to me, I just pop it back in every time I open it though ;)

Maybe you shoudl put some double sided cellotape to hold it together?

my black one is pretty tight
but my white one falls off really easily -_-

i kinda switched to another type anyways
the type that just covers your front screen psp

that's cause i find the logitech case tooooooo bulky

Well i was using that but I would pussyfoot around my psp to avoid scratches, knocking it off the table etc

    don't need to worry now

+ I got cramp in my thumb a lot but the case removes a lot of it for me.
