oe-b can play homebrew, isos, plus ps1 games......there is no need for devhook because you can load your iso up from the xmb menu.....and theres recovery mode........and you can even go back to 1.5 if u like

You actually have to update to 3.02 OE-A first. Then there is a very minor update to get you to OE-B. It is seriously worth updating for.

you gotta update to 3.02 oe-a first, then update to oe-b. its easy as freakin cake. they even have 3.02 oe-a installers with everything u need. i can't see why anyone would wanna be on any other firmware. 3.02 oe-b does EVERYTHING. run iso from xmb, run ps1 games from xmb. run all 1.5 homebrew out of the game150 folder you need to create. 3.02 owns every firmware possible. it does it all. no need for anything else.

ok, i got everything installed and works fine :) the only problem........i cant figure out how the ISO's work. how do you switch between the ISO's you have on your memory stick??? it should just go into the ISO folder in the root of the memory stick right???

Any iso's you put in the ISO folder on the root of your memory card should show up in the game/memory card section of your XMB? no need to do the Home + L/R thing like devhook.
