    I remember hearing someware Dax disabled the ability to update the OE/SE firmware through the official Sony Eboot files, if this is true, if you sent a psp that was damaged but had SE/OE on it, would Sony be able to upgrade it?

    we already have the psx emulator even if i cant play ANY psp game i will never update legally :rolleyes:

    Sony would simply give you another PSP. If someone is stupid enough to send in a broken PSP with custom firmware they deserve their AIDS.
