Can anybody let me know what's the difference between running 3.02 OE-B in 1.50 kernel mode versus 3.02 kernal mode.
Are there advantages and disadvantages of both? thx!

Hmm, I've seen thid before. Basically, something like the Loco Roco Christmas demo needs to run in 3.02 kernal, since it's designed for it. Homebrew is designed for 1.5 kernal, so they need to be run under 1.5 mode.

For some you can but you might run into some that can't. I know for Devhook it has to be run in 1.50.
If there are no disadvantages, I think I'll just keep it as 1.5 kernel always.

just put it in 3.02 Kernel and create a GAME150 Folder under the PSP Directory, put all you 1.5 homebrew in there and GAME would be for everything else :P

If you set it to 150 kernal you can run kxploited home brew through the GAME folder.
If you leave it at 302 kernal you can run non-kxploited home brew through the GAME folder.

You can also run kxploited home brew through the GAME150 folder.
And non-kxploited home brew through the GAME302 folder.

It is all a matter of prefference.
I use 150 kernal bacause all my home brew is kxploited.

    note:
The term xploited means the home brew has two folder instead of one.
I know most people know this . . . but some do not.
