My mate has just successfully downgraded his TA-082 to 1.5 thanks to the awesome downgrader by Dark Alex. His next step will be to upgrade to DAX's 302 OE-A using Chaos Zero's 302 OE-A installer, and then DAX's OE-B update.

After doing a search on these forums here I understand that the TA-082 PSP works fine with 302 OE-B, but I find no mention of being able to downgrade back to 1.50 using recovery mode on a TA-082? Does anyone know if this is possible or if it could result in a brick?

Going back to 1.50 is always handy to do from time to time...

    Many thanks for any replies
    Regards Scrag

it's posible to go back to 1.5. with the recovery mode of course.

but then, why u need it? 3.02oe-b can run 1.5's homebrew without any problem. There's a lot benifits to stay in 3.02oe-b by comparing to the old 1.5 :)
2.5>1.5>1.0>1.5>3.02OE-A>3.02OE-B>3.03OE-A>3.03OE-A\'>3.03OE-B>3.03OE-C>3.10OE-A>3.10OE-A\' PSP owner. DAX always rulez.
    - Playing: Metal Slug Anthology, Sid Meier\'s Pirates!, Final Fantasy VII
Waiting for FINAL FANTASY 7: Crisis Core - Good games always need to wait longer...

I doubt that he will go back, just nice knowing that the option is available.

I'm on 302 OE-B and the only thing that will make me change it is OE-C of course :D

Thanks for the reply philippecr
