The one urk I have with the PSP is the lack of being able to change the bass and treble of music. It just sounds so flat...
Is there any graphic equalizer like programs that anyone has made for the PSP?

Can't you apply equalizers to your songs beforehand (eg using a sound editing program)?

Yes, but not to the same extent. Its a little different have the song have different data for frequency than it is for the device to add it ontop of the sound clip. It can add all sorts of levels to the music.

I've never really noticed much of a difference.

Yes, there are some homebrew which can change the equalizer, I THINK, however, none of them are actually good. I can't remember, since I never use them, but you may wanna look into PSPAdvance or SimpleAmp. (actually, I've never tried PSPAdvance...)

Awww, not as simple as you'd make it out to be. But thanks for the "advice" Nextek.
As for ZiNgABuRgA, thanks truly to you. I'll go check it out.

you probably know this but just in case, there are preset equalizers you can set by pressing the little music button beside the screen brightness one. only seems to work when headphones are plugged in for some reason though!
