I have 1 stuck pixel, i only see it if the screen is completely dark. doesnt really bother me.
Has anyone here used a pixel fixer with success?

I have 1 stuck, and about 10 dead, the 10 are from when I dropped it :P you don't notice them until a really bright colour is there so I'm good, for now

I have nil. And the PSP itself is a year old. (Though it wasn't used for much of that) It is, however, one of the old Japanese PSPs that got the better quality screen, so it might be something to do with that. Though LCD screens are cheap enough, and if I get a dead pixel I'll replace the screen. But I feel for anyone with a dead pixel, especially in the centre of their screen, or near it. If you do get a new item with a dead or stuck pixel, and it IS new and previously unused (as in, the screen hasn't seen much power before), give the area over the dead pixel a good pressing. Don't be shy, just don't press hard enough to crack the screen. And if it's a flat panel, press the back as well (behind the dead pixel, duh). Keep trying if it doesn't work the first time; it is likely to rectify the pixel eventually. I've fixed many dead and stuck pixels this way, on over a dozen screens. Most recently was my brother's brand new TFT monitor, which had no less that four central-ish stuck green pixels. Sorted them out, and that was over three weeks ago, and they are still perfect. And my widescreen monitor, now over a year old, came with three stuck ones, and the pressing technique sorted them out seemingly permantly.

Hmm, I didn't know Japanese PSPs had better quality screens.

Could you give some more info on pressing technique? does the psp cover have to be off? how long should I press for? Does the screen have to be on?
