somehow (i dont really know) i messed up my gameboot so that it is my current background.
if i change my background to ...oh say a pickle, then my gameboot will be a pickle. (note that its not a pickle, its a shroom)
when i start a game it just pulls the icons off my background, plays the bootsound thingy and then fades.
it changes when i change my background.

i thought it was pretty neat, but i was wondering if anyone knew what i did to get it that way.
right now the only way that i know for sure that it will stay is because i made a backup of my flash.

it does stay on when i reboot and take out the battery, so for now i have no problems.

i put a video on youtube that sort of shows what happens (excuse the quality)
the sound is a bit off (late) but thats just a conversion problem

    your thoughts?

looks interesting, but the same effect can be achieved through a custom gb

did you use a gb path modifier before that happed? maybe the psp just doesn`t know where to find the gb lol

you get something like that with pops (happend to me with tomba 2) when you just remove the warning/gameboot pic

Happened to me right after I updated to 3.10 OE-A.
As soon as I went into the Recovery Mode and accessed the Flash0, the gameboot came back.

I haven't upgraded myself, so I haven't run into it. Stewart, where did you get that second bg?

I would try acessing the flash0 in recovery mode and viewing your gameboot.pmf through wmp using the .prx plugin to make sure its the actual one and if not ide replace it......
