I stripped my psp's screw's head while trying to open my psp (I even used a #000 screwdriver...)
I'm thinking about drilling the screw with a 1/16 in. drillbit. I don't have a drillpress, but I do have a handheld electronic drill.

Do you think that I will probably mess up my psp's casing and stuff while drilling? The screw is the bottom-left one under the battery.
Or should I just try to get the screw out by doing something like stabbing it repeatidly with a screwdriver?

Also, where can I get replacement psp screws? I tried Sears Hardware and they don't have one. Would Radioshack have them?

Damn, I used a #000 screwdriver from llama.com and mine works perfectly everytime. Depending on how much you stripped it, you might not ever be able to remove it (unless you break it). Good luck, let me know how it all goes.

    I got the screw out!
I thought I would break the stuff inside of my psp by drilling, so I did this:
Used a screwdriver to remove some of the plastic around the screw head.
Pulled it out with some needlenose pliers.

Now I am looking for a replacement screw. Anyone know if Radioshack has screws that small?
