    oh
    i formatted mine on the psp~

    hmmm
    so i just format it on my computer instead?
    (dang, so troublesome -_-, have to like move the file all over again)

    will it make a difference though?
    Also, im assuming that after i reformat it in the computer,
    all those files like ISO, you just have to make it yourself?
    (fast reformat or the normal format?)

    yeah cause on the PC i believe it formats to FAT 16 instead of FAT 32

    Its not gonna make a black and white difference, but I'm sure it will a small noticeable difference.

    I mean if its just a few seconds I would just accept it as fate.

    Does he use ISO? Do you use ISO? If not that could also be a reason

    psp wont format to fat32, computator will, psp should read just fine

    the only difference you will see with your ultra II is the write speed when you drag shit over to it, it will transfer over faster. this is an issue for me, i had a sony 4GB and the writespeed was awful, it would take like 20 minutes for a 500MB game to transfer over to it. i returned, got a sandisk, sped it up a lot. never used an ultra II though, i imagine theyre pretty fast.

    as far as loading times go, if you're on 333MhZ on the XMB and the Game, theres nothin more you can do really, no one elses psp should be faster though

    ...still waiting for street sk8er to work for psx......

    Yea cus there's a big difference in the read speeds for the memorystick and the umd drive. That's one reason why I like to make the games that I OWN into iso's b/c it cuts loading time in half.

    PSP: 6.35 PRO
    iPhone 3GS: iOS 4.2.1 jailbroken with greenpois0n

    well....

    some cso and iso dont differ much in terms of size

    but for MHF2....
    cso = 400+
    iso = 700+

    i can do a lot with 300mb :(

    That is the best 4gb memcard you can get now... unless u they have already created the 4GB extreme 3-

    It is a fast memory card, I would even venture to say that the speed can rival (kinda-sorta, but not really) the speed of usb 2.0 flash drives...

    Lets just say its fast enough; unless someones pointing a gun to your head saying, "This better be done in five seconds, or you're dead meat!"

    hey, as a note. I just got my 4 gig two days ago, formatted it to FAT (not 16) and it appeared to be faster that FAT 32. But then I formatted it again on my psp and now it says FAT 32. I realized this after I copied 3.5 gigs of stuff onto it. Some day I'll format it to FAT 16

    Oh and I don't have USB 2.0 slots...fun for me
