    -it use TA-085 PCB
    -it has 64MB main memory
    (PSP-1000 main memory is 32MB)
-it can use USB to charge battery
-1200mAh battery can play about 3-6hours
(same as PSP-1000, but PSP-1000 use 1800mAh battery)
    -can't use PSP-1000 remote in PSP-2000
    -TV output (connector sold separately)
    -WLAN switch on top
It looks like if you update your old PSP to 3.6+ and get the connector, you might be able to have TV output on your PSP1.

    Nice find, Trax!

I think the "connector" they're referring to is just the RCA cable - I don't think we'll be able to use it on our PSPhats bro...

I don't get you. What's RCA cable? And why not? It never say on the manual that PSP-2000 series cannot do it.

An RCA cable is the type of cable you use to connect your VCR/DVD/etc to your TV :

I think hardware needs to be updated to allow a TV-out function, not the software

    ^^^
Yeah that's the probability, but when the psp is out we'll know for sure how the tv output really works, even though the port is layed out differently there is sligt chance we can benefit from video output.

It is also to come with 4GB of NAND, not 8GB.

Pocket-friendly, thanks to a smaller and lighter design.

It is said (rumored) to feature an integrated digital video camera (2.0 MP) that will allow users to stream live video to the PlayStation 3.

    Possible touch-screen (rumor)
    Wifi (a,b,g)
    Bluetooth V.2 (A2DP, AVRCP)
    Firmware 4.07

Sony is apparently going to follow in Apple's footsteps and gradually upgrade the PSP's features and capabilities, while keeping the price about the same as the first release of PSP.

Samsung is supposed to be making a 40GB drive for it...

There is SO much out there on this new one, who knows what is true and what isn't. It is said to be out by the 4th quarter of this year.
