I downloaded the IrShell v3.6 and there's GAME150, GAME271 and GAME352 folders in it. I know these folders are for fw 1.5, 2.71 and 3.52. But what I want to know is wat are the differences between these? I usually use the GAME150 applications but is the GAME352 one better? Btw, I have custom firmware 3.52 M33. I tried the GAME352 once but after entering IrShell for a few seconds, the whole thing just freezes and i have to do a hard shut down. GAME150 works fine though.

And why issit when i launch my cso and iso games from irshell, it just goes to a black screen then reset to xmb screen?

yep i copied and paste IRSHELL and PSP folders into my memory stick root. I left out seplugins as i didnt want irshell to auto startup after switching on my psp.

I also left out CFG2X, EXTAPP2X, HOMEBREW2X and GAME271 as my firmware is 3.52 m33 and i guess those are not needed. Now i also got rid of CFG3X, EXTAPP3X, HOMEBREW3X and GAME352 as those didnt work either (as in they are not used i guess).

Btw wat's the btcnfpatch folder? I left that out too as i cldn't understand wat is was for even after reading the instructions.

    thats for ISO/CSO loading

    3. On your PSP, go to GAMES -> MEMORY STICK and then launch pspbtncnf
patcher“. This will allow legally owned Backup ISOs to work with iR
Shell. You can delete the patcher after you run it once.

    Please note:
The patcher will validate your existing pspbtcnf.bin file and make
sure it's a correct copy before applying the patch. It will also add
a small file called irspatch.prx to your flash. There are some
safety measures built in. The patcher shouldn't be able to brick a
PSP. However, as with all free software, use it at your own risk.

yes wat does it mean by legally owned BACKUP iso? Does it mean those iso which is ripped out an original UMD?
edit: i've already installed that patch and I still can't launch iso and cso games from irshell....

and in the recovery menu does it matter if i set to 1.5 kernel or 3.52 kernel? Wat does it mean?
