    How To Check If Your Memory Stick Is Fake!
    Go to one of your memory stick on the main menu(XMB)
    IE under Photos. click triangle. then go to info. and if it says magicgate supported then u hav a real ms. if it says not supported then u hav a fake ms

    If it's only the Firmware that need to be modded to use the TV thing with the "fat" PSP, someone sure will, but if it's a hardware limitation, it would get very difficult. (but it looks like that the TV Tuner uses just the normal Mini USB port so we have good chances for the fat PSP)

    actually somebody said it was because of the RAM
    the slim PSP sports 64MB instead of 32MB
