    I heard that sony is gona add a feture in the 3.60+ firmwares that anything suspected as homebrew or haxx will cause a sony tech support semi brick
    Currently= 3.91 M33-2 + 1.50addon v2 but unable to update

    I read that M33 didn't do anything but warn people about the hex edited version made by ps3news. The read me just says that you WILL brick if you downloaded the update from criminal sites like ps3news because they hex edited the eboot upgrade? Anyway, it wasn't M33's doing it was the website that leaked the source code for wildcard's firmware. I upgraded to 3.52M33-3 and everything is fine, I like the option of changing the CPU speed in the XMB instead of shutting it down. Kudos to M33.

    If Sony did due that its about time we've been owning their firmware for since the PSP came out...

    what did ps3news do to the eboot? or did M33 just give them a bad copy?
