Another successful PSP downgrade. 280 to 3.50 then down to 1.50 (using Lumines UMD), now on 3.40oe.

Used the 3.50 update and the 3.50 downgrader from Calo’s website.

Done 2 PSP's within 2 weeks, no problems at all.

    3 Black fat PSP\'s-1 White Slim (Star Wars). PSP#1 >1.50>3.40oe>3.52M33-4. PSP#2>2.60>1.50>3.10oe>3.40oe. PSP#3> 2.50>2.80>1.50>3.52M33-4>3.71M33-1.50_Kernel>PSP#4>3.60>3.90M33

I see.... another case people being quick to jump down peoples throats!!!!!.

The post was for info... meaning if people are thinking of downgrading, it would be of some interest to them. A lot of people are afraid to downgrade in case they brick, my point is the Lumines exploit is safe.

What you guys must remember is that not everybody that visits this forum is an exert (including myself). 4 months ago I wouldn't have even attempted to flash my PSP, but through people on here being helpful and advising me, my confidence has grown.

Yeah, they really jump into your shit with both feet here, don't they?

I especially love the "use search, noob" posts...this is a great site, but the search feature ain't exactly Google quality, a lot of people can't spell words properly, and there is a vast quantity of information to go through...

I was curious if D&D Tactics worked on np9660, so I read through the entire compatibility thread (15 pages I think), didn't find a single mention, even though that thread showed up in a proper search...

And how do you search for compatibility information on a game: "DDT" or "D&D Tactics" or "Dungeons and Dragons Tactics?" Do I add the term "work" or "working or "compatible" or "compatibility."

I have to do a lot of research for my work and not to be immodest, but I'm really good at it, still the search feature here can be a bugger. Certainly one should search first, but if you've spent half an hour looking for an answer and still can't find it, is it so unreasonable to ask?

I mean, isn't why these forums exist, to help people and provide information?
