a programming language is not a NORMAL language, if you want to change the functions tha come with EXTRA libs, you can easily edit the libraries and then use the new function names, that should work, but , change the "if", the "void", the "main", you cant change it just by editing a file. its not a language like english.

Firstly what I think he is asking is that he wants arabic but there is no arabic in the system languages. So he wants to make one. He is asking how. So don't laugh at him because of him not being able to speak good english

well use rco editor to do it, just write something in arabic in a text editor and then copy paste to the label

If Sony doesn't want to support a language, well, yeah, that's Sony for you.

I've heard of some projects about translating other languages over for use on the PSP.
RCO Editor uses the standard system EditBox control, so if you're suffering Unicode issues, it won't be because of RCO Editor.
