I take care of my shit so I would go slim. If you like to drop, throw, or catch your PSP I would go phat. I have both an like them ;) . If you use a 2200mah battery you will have a asston of battery life with the slim. If you want to play a lot of the unsupported 1.5 homebrew a lot go phat. If you have a tv that supports progressive scan go slim.

Really my point is....assess your needs/wants and choose the appropriate system. Either way you will not be dissatisfied. In due time (prediction) there will not be a huge difference in the way phat and slim operate. The same is true of 1st and 2nd gen phat PSPs. Now both generations of the phat are fully hacked.

PSP slim will never have 1.50 kernel mode and av out just isn't a good enough reason to buy a slim

If it was a already modified Fatty I'd take it over a slim.

Both...a new slim and a used fat...got rid of my old one, miss some of the homebrew that hasn't been ported...

I have friends with CFW fats, so I can get any of the stuff I need done that requires a fat, but it was nice having all the emulators...
    Silver Slim running 3.60 M33...

I dont care if the slim was made out of cardboard im getting it ONLY for the Video out.

As it would be nice to hook it up to a nice sized tv and play my movies and music through an entertainment system.

As the movies on my psp are not out on dvd yet :)
