Maybe it's nothing to do with the NAND but with the ipl written to the Memory Stick. Are you using a battery that is Pandora?

yes im using pandora battery. And also i try to use the UPMS but it did not boot? In making the UPMS do i need the way the first PANDORA memory stick (msformat, msinstall) coz i make UPMS in this way. A) format memory stick in windows and put the UPMS in CSO at ISO folder and install using may frend PSP.

you need another nand dump with the id storage removed (otherwise it will furthermore brick it)
if your using a fat psp, ask someone for it.
if your using a slim, somebody put up their nand dump with it removed.

Yes, you can do that..just make sure you install it WITHOUT the IdStorage keys, or else you pretty much epically fucked. It'll specify via key press how you want to install it.

    For example,

"TO FLASH NAND DUMP WITHOUT ID STORAGE PRESS "X""

"TO FLASH NAND DUMP WITH ID STORAGE (ONLY IF NAND DUMP IS OF YOUR PSP) PRESS O"
