I have all of my computers hooked up on my home network. I also have a wireless router to get internet for my PSP. I have been getting messages of my computer deleting Trojans or something. So I did some reasearch on what the Trojan was and it said that the specific Trojan usually comes from adult site where it's hosted. The only person he has acessed adult site was my 16 year old brother on my PSP. (i just found out. hes been looking at adult sites on my PSP like everyday he says.) So is it possible the virus came from browsing the internet on my PSP or is it more likly that he's been using like a laptop or something.

Well, I don't think the PSP is immune from browser viruses. And your brother fails/is an idiot for using the PSP for surfing porn.

is it possible though. honestly my brothers a loser and i really don't care if he wants to look at porn unless its giving me a virus.

I would have thought though that it's unlikely that somehow a trojan affected your PSP then bounced across onto your other computers connected to your home network. Trojans don't neccassarily only come from Adult sites, there are a multitude of places you could aquire a trojan from. Especially if you download alot of "questionable" warez, etc. It's not hard to bind a trojan into an executable file etc. If I was asked for a percentage scale on the chances that it came from the PSP I would say 95% no and 5% yes. It's VERY unlikely.

Anyway just my quick thoughts. ;)

    No problem. ;)

I use a combination of NOD32 Smart Security and Webroot Spysweeper to keep my system clean. If something does get downloaded that's questionable it will flag it up and quarantine it immediately. You should check them out.

That totally depends on what anti-virus client you use. For instance, if you use any Symantec products like Norton then yeah those bitches eat RAM and slow boot times substantially although if you go for something like NOD32 you will not notice the difference, plus it sits there nice and quiet and dosen't annoy you all the time.

Seriously though, I woulden't want to use a computer thats connected to the internet without some sort of anti-virus product, not in this day and age of malware etc. I'd be very suprised if I ran an in-depth scan on your system with certain applications I have that it woulden't bring up an alert for some sort of virus/trojan/malware. Seriously. Still each to there own. Common sense used to equal anti-virus but not any more, the internet is littered with crap now, even if you are'nt downloading from "keygen" websites as you put it.. ;)
