    i was updating my psp to 3.95 cfw and it was to the screen to where it was 0% and uploading. I turn around to let it do it thing and my toe gets caught up in the power cord and it drops to the carpet floor. NOW it will not turn on and it still charging but it will not turn on. is my psp bricked and what do i need to do. get a new motherboard??? oh i have a psp slim the one with vader on it. i mean the red light will be on to show it is charging but the screen will not turn on. i unplug the cord and the green light comes on it stays for about 20 sec and then it just turns off.

    Try accessing the recovery menu (Hold the R button while turning on) and see if you can access it.
    If you're unable to, your only hope may be pandora's battery.

    well i tried the pandora batter and that didn't even work, the psp will not come on.

    The pandora should work unless you did it wrong. Does a greeen light go on when you put the pandora battery in without flipping the power switch?

    that worked, that was close i thought i lost a friend or had to buy my friend a new motherboard
