Default Imagination Technologies said to have signed on with Sony for PSP successor

More specifically, according to EETimes' unnamed sources, the PSP 2 will be using Imagination's SGX55x core, which itself, of course, still hasn't been officially announced either. As EETimes notes, if that turns out to be the case, it would certainly be quite the coup for Imagination, especially considering that its PowerVR MBX technology has already found its way into the iPhone, among other devices.

I'm 100% sure there will be no such thing as pandora on this puppy

Probably something else, But I can see it having either an OS different from XMB, or it having more security than possibly imaginable for a hand-held.

I highly doubt it will be backwards compatible. The only way I would buy it with or without hackibility would be playing PS2 titles.

I don't only play games to pirate... if the system has significantly increased capabilities, I'll buy one. This is what I'm looking for:

    -Pressure sensitive buttons
-I guess a second analog stick would be fine...
    -802.11g Wifi

I'm taking into consideration with this that the system will of course have a better CPU and Graphics.

If it doesn't get hacked, that only means better games for it, so I'll buy one either way
