Default do any of you overclock or change your clocking speed on your psp

I was just wondering what must of you do. Do you keep your settings at normal or do you have it changed. What are you using and why? does it effect your battery much or get the psp to hot.

I never notice the heat, I have my WLAN off to save battery and I only overclock when there's lag I cannot tolerate
