    Question reformating a umd video?

    was wondering if there was a way to play umd videos or to format sumhow.been looking but havent found much.just the opposite/apps to convert to psp format not the other way around..

    think he`s asking if its possible to convert a UMD movie into a diffrent resulution and/or file format

    well i dont really see a point when u can look for the vids and download it off the net instead of spending so much time tryin to convert it off a umd

    You can though... Use UMDGen or 7-Zip/WinRAR to look inside the ISO of the UMD. Look for all the files with the extension ".pmf"
    Extract all of them.
    Then look in the section on these forums about PMFs for a thing to convert them to AVI (I think) then use a normal converter to convert them to the PSP audio encoding/dimensions.

    EDIT: I decided to find the guide for you because people with 1 posts/noobs have a reputation for not looking and asking for the link instead.

    PMF's .?..


    thank you .wasnt sure what files to look for.and as far as finding videos on the net.i would rather just waste the time and gain the knowledge of my OWN copies.
