I'm going to change what I said too... MOST people will not want to download something just to find out how to install something when it could easily be posted here... It's not even hard either.
Just copy over the IR folder to MS Root and irshell(version number) to PSP/GAME like it TELLS you in the readme...

That's generally what readmes are made for, to tell you how to install it, along with version changes...

This won't get moved to Tutorials until it is posted here... So if you want it there you should be a good boy and go post it...

I appreciate the effort, but the guide is a little much. I had to scroll through like 7 pages of choppy pdf to get to a step that tells me how to copy a file. It would have sufficed for any nooblet to just write 'Copy folder seplugins to the root of your memory stick.'

when there's not enough details the noobs keep asking questions. When there's too much detail then they complain they have to "scroll though like 7 pages of choppy pdf".

You'll be surprised at how many ppl who dont know what the "root of your memory stick.'
