I'm wondering what I should get, the go looks so tempting. But now ive heard reports that it will be tough to crack, and I do enjoy my homebrew

if you enjoy your homebrew, stick with the 1000 or 2000.

The only problem is that I am sure sony will ship the go with OFW 6.00, which from what I have heard will be a tough cookie to crack. Plus there is so many cons with the PSP Go "lack of user changeable battery, smaller screen, uses M2 cards only, no umd slot", Ive also heard rumors that its battery life is alot shorter than the PSP 3000's.

Personally, even if I got offered a PSP Go, or a PSP 2001 for the same price, I'd stick to 2001. Looks do not really matter when it comes to home brew, hell, you're getting this stuff on a single hand held device instead of getting 4 different consoles to play those games. Besides it may take a while cracking the new stuff.

Does the 3000 even have a solid custom firmware for it yet? Because I noticed in your tutorial you said CFW GEN-A isn't a permanent flash.

Also really my main concern with the Go is the back compatability, I just know sony is going to state we have to rebuy all the titles. But what about games coming out? Will I be able to buy a hard copy in a store and get a digital copy along with it?

Because I'm the type of person who likes having solid proof I own the game.
