Default Doing this will screw my PSP ?

    Hello guys .
Okay I got a simple question , when I connect my PSP to my PC via usb cable , a screen pops up says (scan and fix recommended) to fix problems of copying the files to the PSP , but I'm afraid this screws up my Memory stick
    Memory stick information : it's a magic memory stick which install 5.50 GEN-D , it's a fake one 8gb
PSP information : Phat PSP 5.50 GEN-D2 installed
    Thanks in advance

didn't make a difference on my slim, fake 8gb, 5.00m33-6. It did it once and never again.

So it won't screw the memory stick ? Cuz this message annoys me and I don't want it to appear again.

this happens when you unplug your usb as SOON as you unclick USB mode. I guess you have to leave it plugged on for a few extra secs after leaving usb mode. anyway, no this doesn't do a thing to your ms. just a windows protocol making sure there aren't any unfinished transfer files. won't do no harm.

That's what the "safely remove hardware" icon in your system tray is for. Click that and wait for the LED to stop blinking.
