Exclamation Idea for PSN Store CFW

OK I just had a brain blast not sure if this could work or not but I was reading a PS3 bypass post and heres what I thought

Since the PS3 connects to this for the bypass

Configured BIND to point *.ps3.update.playstation.net to the same IP,
    and configured lighttpd
to serve a custom updatelist.txt file for all regions that tells the
    PS3 it's up-to-date.

and u need to do this to connect 1.) On your PS3, go to Settings -> Network Settings -> Internet Connection Settings.
2.) Select “Custom" set up your connection as normal, until you reach “DNS Setting".
    3.) Select “Manual".
4.) Enter the following IP as your "Primary DNS" - > 67.202.81.137
5.)Advance forward, save your connection and try it out. You should be able to sign in to PSN with no problems.

Would this be possible with PSP?
