ok this has been buggin me for a while... and could be elsewhere but im just gonna ask how is cfw made?

Look in the Programming section or use the search button... many people ask this question, many people have have responded.

It's not easy at all. If you want to learn how to program a CFW and have no programming knowledge then don't expect to learn how to make a CFW in just a few months. It will probably take you the better part of a year to figure it out, and then a little bit longer to actually do it. (These are just random guesses - your experience may vary)

i'm pretty sure that programming cfw is different then programming games. you need to know c/c++ for games but i have no idea how cfw is made
