Sony appears to have released 6.39 OFW

Checking out the news reports over at pspgen.com, I came accross this article which says the japanese release of the game Valkaria Chronicles 3 is shipped with an update to official firmware 6.39.
The update has no obvious additions or changes so it can be assumed that it is being released to close various backdoors and exploits that we can use.

My french is far from perfect but that seems to be the gist of it.
