Yeah Delete this file....

bgm_nps_pack.bin

If you want to reduce it anymore then dummy the .pmf movie files with the smallest file there by copying and renaming it to the ones you wish to overwrite.. The other option is to get the blank.pmf file from the ripkit on the front page of psp-hacks for thug2 remix and use that .pmf file to copy over all the others....

This will result in the game being below 135MB...

There is a ripkit out by someone else, anyway the game works with hook boot

if i just delet bgm_nps_pack.bin and replace it with a 0 Byte file the games hangs when i try to select a car. I also tried to overwrite the passage in the Boot.bin but no difference

In the rip I got. The guy just deleted the bgm_nps... file and DID NOT replace it with any file and it works. I have got it on my Memory card and have played most of the game.
