Alright...I may be new to this website (account info n crap) but I come to this website often, and read up on the messages..And so today, I read a few messages saying that people are working on a 2.5 downgrader, or 2.6, whatever... But seriously...How many people are ACTUALLY working on one?? If you are...Post here..Just so all of us know that we're not just sitting back waiting for nothing.

Yep..That's very true...But I mean, since they're the only ones...It might take a longer time...We need a topic or something, just to share info. To let everyone know about the updates, and how the progress is going...Know what I mean? Since everyone just says:"Wait until one comes out" that might never even happen.We might as well share info that we have (like when we might be about to crack it, or even ways to help) just anything that might help the hackers. If they could work together, they might find out more stuff, and get it done quicker..But yes, have to agree with you, they're working very hard..But are they the only ones? :?

really, its best that these things stay low cuz Sony grets these ideas and blocks them in a new fm update

Yes..That's true...But...If they try to block it in all the next updates, it wouldn't exactly matter too much, right? Since most of the higher updates are just useless crap...But the downside is that we need them to play newer games...So..I'm not sure how we could figure that out...If someone could customize an upgrade so it would play homebrews and newer games..That'd be great..But back to the topic.. For now, I guess we're just gona have to try to keep hackin and downgradin'..If there was only a way that we could just keep all this crap to ourselves around the boards, and keep it away from Sony.. :| :(

I think that there should be a competition where we get some sponsers and the winner is the person who comes up with a 100% working downgrader becasue at the mo everyone is doing out of the kindness of their heart

i guess everyone here forgot that emergency exit is working on the dual firmware booting for the psp? they allready got the psp to automatically go into a shell like the OSS when they turned it on.

i believe that the dual boot method and the firmware emulators are the way to go.

i dont really thing mph is working on more downgraders, cus last time i was talking to him he said he is working on perfecting his mphfl. then he released v3.6,and 3.7.

mathiulah from sxt said in gamesharks 1.5:me firmware thread that they might be leaving the psp scene and heading over to the gamecube soon. they arent working on bfm anymore cus mph is doing good on his.

competition is good until it gets ruthless.

i remember when cell hacking was just starting up. forums started attacking eachother and it got crazy

As soon as the gta hack is completed we should just make a bunch of cool apps a nice list of custom games and then just let it all go

leave all the sites in tact and start hacking new systems.

The save game is never going to be patched
so we will most likly never need to make another downgrader
unless your a crook

So finsh up the psp as cleanly as we can
and start woring on ps3 hacks.

Sony is showing a larger lack of intrest in there own product every day.
I doubt they will be doing much more in the way of improvements

Plus i have aready noticed that homebrew for the psp seems to be declining in speed, it has been getting alot slower


Now im not attacking the psp, i just dont belive that there is much more we can practly do to improve on the psp after a working ebootloader is running on 2.XX
