Ride RC cars in GTA LCS maybe Possible Now

Hello all i was playing GTA using the Cheat save that edison carter made and in he new release i relized that he has a new cheat feature and i was wondering if it works in the same way as a Action Replay on a PS2 because if is does then we could try to convert the codes for the PS2 no doors code to PSP and then we could enable it and then we can get into the RC heli and cars.

This is what i have been trying to do for a long time and now that edison carter has put this in his cheat save it may be possible.

Does anyone have a way of contacting him so i can ask him to put it in the game save.

Also if no-one knows then can anyone help me out with this and then we can realease it on PSP-hacks news page and then if he sees it he could then put it in.

i was having a mess around with his cheat maker and i just followed the same instructions for the PC version of SAN Andreas and when i enabled the cheat it just froze when i tryed to get into any car so there must be something else aswell apart from the No Doors.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

You may have better luck here http://forums.qj.net/showthread.php?t=33003 for trying to understand how the offsets relate to the cheats.
I don't like this sort of thing too much (coding) although I know some about it.
I would like to drive the rc cars, as it shold be possible with some tweaking.

UPDATE:
i found this information while looking at the GTA3 Pc version and i have successfully driven the RCBANDIT on the PC version of GTA3 now alls we need to do is get it available on PSP using Carters new cheat add-on

Here's how to make it.
Open the "default.ide" in your GTA3 data folder (ex. C:gamesGTAIIIdata). You can open it with notepad. Scroll down to the vehicles section. Find car number "95" (Sentinel) and change the number to "131". Now, scroll down to another car with number "131" (RCBandit). Change that number to "95". Save the file and close it. The Sentinel and the RC Bandit is swapped. That means that all the Sentinels in the game are now RC Bandits and the RC Bandits are now Sentinels. We are not done yet! Before you can drive the RC Bandit you will have to make GTA 3 think that the RC Bandit hasn't got any doors. By default GTA 3 thinks that the RC Bandit has doors and when you enter the car the game can't find any "door-animation" wich causes the game to crash. If you have a car stat editor you can activate the "NO_DOORS" in the "Flags" menu. I had some problems with this. It seemed like the flag didn't work. If it doesn't work you can open the "handling.cfg" also located in the GTA3 "data" folder. Find the RCBANDIT line and replace it with this line:
RCBANDIT 1500.0 0.8 1.5 1.0 0.0 0.0 -0.1 70 2.0 1.0 0.47 5 150.0 35.0 4 P 10.5 0.53 1 10.0 1.6 0.1 0.2 0.0 50000 0.25 -0.09 0.5 B010 1 1
Then save and close the file. It should work now. Enjoy!
