I'm about to try it on my SE-C PSP so I'm not sure if it works but Art posted in the topic that the changes are:

- It now works with SE-C
- Added fix to parental control feature

He also mentions that the core program is unchanged but he will keep working on future releases.

I just tried it on my SE-C PSP and it works great! :D
