personally i dont care for the downgraders

and if they switch the priorities to downgraders they should focus on the ta-082 psps

Well crap I want to play some new stuff, but booster is searching for a exploit and don't have time for a new devhook atm. owell the new downgrader released yesterday, so I can always upgrade and downgrade to 1.5 to burn some time.
i am not saying that homebrew development should cease. i am saying that we have fallen a bit behind the curb as far as downgraders go, and that we should spend a bit more time on finding some new exploits. stop being difficult, you know what i mean.

you dont care because you are probably running 1.5. you arent the only person in the world who would like to run homebrew.

I am not being difficult. You make it sound like the devs should put downgraders first (actually you said that). If it is how you said it than my quote is what you mean. You just be patient and wait for a downgrader! If you can't then join the devs and make a downgrader.

One other thing to note. We will never be able to keep up with Sony (unless someone somehow gets their encryption key). Once a new exploit is released, Sony will immediately patch it - and then it will take another couple of months before a new exploit is found, which Sony will patch in a few days...

i mean they should put downgraders first now. it might not have been a priority right after the 2.71 dg was released, because there was only 1 higher firmware that was rarely seen in umd updates and wasnt widely awaited. now sony is six firmwares ahead and i dont see any new exploits or downgraders. i dont mean to be harsh on developers and i know the difficulty of programming; i know some c++, and some php so dont lecture me on how hard it is to program a downgrader.

I couldnt let this one go. You know some c++ and some php. WOW STOP THE PRESS. Look you are totally wrong about it being hard to program a downgrader. HELL I be some noobs with the right help could program a downgrader. BUT since there is no exploit THERE IS NO WAY TO LOAD THE DOWNGRADER. I dont real think a noob could program a downgrade I was just kidding about that part. But the fact is GETTING IT TO LOAD. Once we find an exploit and start using it have you noticed that the downgrader soon follows. (if we have kernal access through the exploit) The downgrader is childs play compared to finding the exploits to load them.
Every day I believe people can\'t get any stupider.
Every day I am proven HORRIBLE wrong.
